THe easy answer if you want immediate results is Matt Ryan, since he'll probably be the starter week 1 in Cracklanta, but if you want a sleeper you could go with  Johnathan Stewart since he'll probably be the feature back in Carolina, though he was a bit injury prone in college and Carolina isn't the best system for injury prone guys.

All that said my top 5 rookies (after McFadden):

5: Donnie Avery

4:Fleix Jones (he'll have to split carries with Marion Barber)

3:Johnathan Stewart (just because of injury history at Oregon)

2: Devin Thomas

1: Matt Ryan

If you don't take Jonathan Stewart you're making a big mistake.

Injury history aside, he's a big strong RB in a system that favors big strong RBs.  Carolina has a really good offensive line and they will give him the ball alot, especially in the end zone.

Deangelo Williams couldn't beat out Deshaun Foster, who is now a backup elsewhere.

In many leagues, Jonathan Stewart is going #1 ahead of McFadden.
