Who would you take with #1 pick for fantasy football draft?

I'm sure it's between your Tom Brady's and your LT's..anyone thinkin maybe Wesbrook or others would be a good pick?

Lt is the only smart #1 pick Do not waste it. he will be great all year untill he gets to the playoffs and comes to new england and cowers for the third year in a row.

I actually think Westbrook is your best pick if you are going for a running back. LT is the whole team. Stop LT and you stop the chargers. Stop Westbrook and Philly will throw you to death. If you pick Petersen you take the chance of the sophomore jinx. He should be great but will he?????? You can't go wrong with westbrook

Don't go QB with the #1 pick - Brady maybe exceptional, but passing TD's are worth less than any other score and there's no way Brady can equal last years amazing season (although he'll still have a very good one).  

Here's the reason everyone loves LT - he's consistent, he's his team's best weapon, and he's very durable.  He has a minimal injury history and he has had a historic run of touchdowns over the last several years; he really has become the ultimate fantasy weapon, and it would be a good idea to ride him while he's hot.  I really couldn't fault you for going with him here.

I like Westbrook - but he's a bit of a reach - I think he's every bit as talented as LDT and is definitely his team's best weapon, but they do have other guys that carry the rock (Booker, Buckhalter) and he is someone with durability concerns.  Personally I think he's poised for a breakout year - you could consider trading down to like the third pick and trying to grab him - maybe gaining an extra third round pick or something (especially if someone in your league loves LDT)

In my league I had decided to go QB,WR, RB....but when I got the number one position I went with LT.  If that happened again I would go with Brady.

Westbrook would be a good pick only if you can trade picks and go number 3 or 4.

If you are going to go with Westbrook, I would try to trade down to the 3rd spot.Whoever has the 3rd spot should trade their 1st and 2nd round picks for your 1st round pick. If you stay with the 1st pick then go with LT. He is the best overall player and will get you a ton of points.

I did not have the # 1 pick in my draft. I had the # 6 and was lucky enough to get Steven Jackson. If I had the # 1, I'd take LT.
