Who would you want to pitch Game Seven of the World Series?

of the Cubs Starting Rotation:

Carlos Zambrano [12-5, 3.22 era]

Ryan Dempster [13-5, 2.92 era]

Rich Harden [6-2, 2.27 era]

Ted Lilly [11-6, 4.26 era]

Jason Marquis [7-7, 4.73 era]

Zambrano, naturally, he is the toughest of the bunch and also their ace and team leader.

From the rest of the League I would want John Lackey, he is one tough mother and proved himself in Game 7 of 2002 as a rookie, other than that Josh Beckett because he too is tough and has proved himself three times, as a Red Sock and a Marlin

Dempster has had the best season, but I'd take Harden frankly because he is the hottest pitcher right now....

Which team are the Cubs trading this guy to so that he's got an opportunity to pitch in the World Series?  Since the Cubs will never get there.

Personally, I would take a healthy Rich Harden in a trade so he could pitch Game 7 for me.

When your cubbies beat the h**l out of my brewers it had, in part to do with the fact that lilly pitched the first game. My lads were too pumped up to be patient and they were over swinging . . . . that loss broke their backs (for that series only) . . .  it could be an excellent strategic move to pitch him in that position.

The obvious choice, though is Dempster, power to power . . .

(not that this is going to happen of course).

i would have to pitch big z hes ur ace he has the best stuff and he could go deep into the game

Dempsters stuff is good but he isnt dominante like Zambrano is it would be a harder choice if the NL would have won the all star game because of Dempsters home record but we lost

Harden is a great pitcher and an ace but he has trouble with pitch counts and doenst get quick outs so its hard for him to go deep into the game

We saw what Lilly can do in the playoffs (game two in arizona last year)

and i have a hard time watchin marquis pitch every fifth day in the regular season so what makes me want to put him in game 7
