Who writes it, pelase answer?

Who writes your reference when your in year eleven to allow you go to sixth form colleges? How do they write it, is it just your form tutor or is their individual references from each teacher? I am worried because I get good grades and I am well behaved in all my classes but it is only our form tutor who is horrible to everyone and takes every chance she gets to give people a bad name, she even made me cry today/

Um, perhaps your principal or other teachers that know you well in school. Not only your form tutor, so don't worry.
