  4. I dont know of an actual website but Apuleius wrote the story in Latin as part of a longer novel and if your nearest library has the Loeb edition you can read the English translation. Robert Graves also did a translation and there are probably older translations you can find on Project Gutenberg or one of the other online free e-text libraries.

    If your local library doesnt have it ask if they are part of an interlibrary loan system and can get it in form another library?
