mayweather will win. oscar de la hoya is even older now, he looked like c**p against forbes, and floyd mayweather sr. is not as good as trainer as he pretends to be. he wasn't the one who made mayweather jr as good as he is now. mayweather has natural gifts that cannot be taught by any trainer. a trainer can only take you so far...

Working from behind his jab, De La Hoya always has a punchers chance. He probably would've won the first fight had he not ran out of steam towards the later rounds. At this point in his career, it's just another big name pay day for both of them as it will be a massive PPV seller. Oscar can't get into the shape that he needs to be in for this fight due to his age and he is considerably slower than what he used to be. It'll not be an extremely comfortable and easy night for Mayweather, but I can't see any way at all that Oscar can win barring a freak knockout punch.

Mayweather just like the last time, this is a totally pointless fight. But allot of people will buy the PPV, because they are big names. Even in his prime De la Hoya wasn't in the same league as Mayweather is now, too much speed and defense.

The odds are going favor Mayweather, but I Definitely think De La Hoya can win. He has a good jab, good speed, and experience.  I feel that in order to beat Mayweather you have to have a good jab and Oscar has a very good jab, BUT he did NOT use it ENOUGH in his first fight against Mayweather. He was doing great, but he Stopped using his jab.  Mayweather

You must be crazy if you think De La Hoya looked like c**p against Forbes. If you ask anybody, they will tell you that De La Hoya looked A LOT younger.
