For the men i think it's between Roger, Novak, and Nadal. All of them are really good players. But probably Nadal has the strongest chance, because he's really good at clay, 3-time champion.

For the women, I'm rooting for Jankovic but Sharapova would have a really good chance of winning, luckily because her draw is not that difficult.

okay, people are gunna think i'm crazy, but i played the racquet bracket for the tennis channel and i picked David Ferrer as the winner.. i dunno... i've just got this feeling

and for the women, Maria Sharapova or Serena Williams

Serena Williams and Roger Federer; I think that this will be the year that  the Nadal streaks ends.

If Federer can take it, it will be my happiest day in nearly 26 years of watching the game !!!!

I would suggest Nadal is a dead-sert. For the women's it is wide open after the sad retirement of Henin. Serena Williams was brilliant today, Ivanovic was dodgy but cannot be ruled out, Jelena Jankovic will be a contender. But for me, Kuznetsova, A finalist in 2006, Is certainly going to be up there with her good draw. Watch out for Venus Williams this year as well as possibly Hantuchova. Of course Sharapova as world no.1 by default will be hard to beat. To narrow it down, My bet is on Jankovic or Kuznetsova.
