a few thousand. there's shipping your stuff, which ain't cheap.  Plus airfare.  It's purdy expensive

Well if you like the cool and damp weather, England is the place to bee..  And If I were you, I'd do a lot of "homework" as to what-all England is NOW about...

It's not the England you read about... It has far more NON-English in the country that you could even imagine.. Investigate a lot before you even consider moving there...  It isn't heaven...!!!

I wish I could become one. How does it happen? I heard firsthand that it is expensive. I work at a hotel in Texas and I had an applicant from England. She lived in Texas for about 20 years and she wanted to move back and did for about a year. She came back about a year after and said that it was too expensive.

I don't know how much it would cost to move but I do know the cost of living is at an all time high here at the moment.
