Whoa... how shocked are you that JonBenet's family didn't kill her?

I seriously thought they killed her. I was 90% sure.

I mean goodness gracious... the ransom note was written in their own home, on her mother's stationary!

How could they not have killed her?

Not shocked at all. Their past behavior did not show any history of abuse. In fact, it showed the exact opposite, a doting and caring mother and father.

Neither parent had a history of violence or criminal activity ( a key activity to look for).

Neither parent had any extramarital affairs, drug use, or alcohol issues.

I am glad something is being done to determine who murdered this innocent child. It is sad that the family was accused and blamed for so long. It would have been nice if her mother could still be alive to figuratively spit in the face of the media who indicted her with minimal evidence.

i still totally believe the brother is the key to solving the whole case! He had to have heard or witnessed something

I'm still not convinced that one of them didn't have something to do with it. We'll probably never know the truth. I personally think that anybody who dresses their 6-year-old daughter up like a w***e and parades her around on stage for all the pedophiles in the neighborhood to see is at least partially responsible for her death. The whole thing makes me sick.

I'm not surprised.  I never thought they did it and I'm glad they have finally been cleared.  They have lived with the horrible murder of their daughter for 12 years and were unfairly tried and convicted in the media.

I personally did not know if they did or did not there was no evidence to point in anyone's direction. This is a prime example of why I would never let my children out of my sight no matter how comfortable the surroundings were (or situation). I have learned from personal experience that you never truly know a person. unfortunately this is just the way our world is.

You fake computer cops need to stop omg what if its true and they didn't kill her think of all the hardship they went through for all these years because of idiots who believe everything they read and hear. They never had enough evidence to convict ANY of the Ramsey's I still stand by innocent until proven guilty so in my book they are innocent.

I'm not shocked.  The evidence didn't lead to them from the beginning, from what I've read.  Yet, everyone had to rush to judgement.  Sad how our society is.  Sorry, no disrespect intended, but how could you be sure of 90% of anything you read in the media?  This case was so very sensationalized.  

I hope her sweet soul is at peace.
