its a box thats very hard to open

I have one, picked it up at the Delta Crown Room at SFO.

To open:

Hold the box in your left hand with the Wipro logo facing you. There is a tray that pulls out from the right side of the box in this configuration.

To pull it out, place your right thumb on the corner of the box that is pointing at your right shoulder, and then place your index finger on the corner diagonally across from your right thumb.

Now pull your two hands away from each other in a horizontal plane.
