I had the best chicken I have ever tasted in a restaurant in Mexico in the state of Veracruz. It was either in Cordoba or Oaxaca. It was a whole roasted chicken that they brought to the table on a platter. I cannot remember what the sides were, because the chicken was so fabulous, that's all I ate. That's all they served at this place - no variations - one menu item. And as I recall, the bill was $10 and that included a couple of beers. I really NEED this wonderful taste again. They had the chicken on a rotisserie and then finished it on the stove. Does anyone have a recipe?
