Whole grain or whole wheat bread ?

Is there a big difference ?

whole grain is better as it provides fiber and whole wheat is just bread made of whole wheat. but i like whole wheat better

Yes, there is a difference.  Whole grain is a mixture of grains (I feel it is has a more dry taste) where as whole wheat is solely from wheat.
