I would like to start an online business, and need a list of wholesalers in Melbourne, Australia, how do I go about getting this information????

You would be able to do an online search of such (try using www.google.com or www.ask.com), by typing in "melbourne wholesalers" PLUS the exact type of merchanidse you are interested in.  I don't believe there exists, nor would it be useful, a list which lists every type of wholesaler.  It isn't very helpful to have every costume jewelry, heavy contruction machinery, and koi pond fish wholesaler  listed together, along with other conceiveable type of merchant.  If you are looking into retail goods, a quick check can be made on your Australian ebay site, which has a section for bulk and wholesale merchants, and this will provide ready access to some local sellers in your field of interest.
