Whom do i call to get a job at the hospital cafeteria? Uk?

I want to get a job in the hospital cafeteria (UK), i phoned the catering the other week to get an application and was told i had to apply somewhere else. I went on holiday and cant remember where i have to phone!

Any ideas?

Yeah, phone them again.  Or find out who does the catering at the hospital and contact them directly.
