I think India will win. India can beat Australia easily. But South Africa are a great threat. It'll be ttough for India, but they'll make it. India will "at least" reach the final.

Hey Buddy! You haven't mentioned the name of W.I. (Defending Champions).

Anyhow, i beleive it is between Australia and South Africa. Don't look after the part victories. Look at the consistent performance and the ranking of Aussies. They are simply amazing.

I think it will be India. India has the edge over Australia and should be able to beat them quite comfortably after the CB series. India just need to watch out for Ajantha Mendis who i think India will get used to after the upcoming series against SL.

I will try to answer this question with out being bias. let me point out weaknesses of each team  with there current form,to better answer this question.

India has a g8t and solid batting line up, but she has  India has a mediocre bowling line, its true and a fact. If India are to win any finals, have to produce, an outstanding bowler for both spin,fast b0wling & improve fielding even better.

Pakistan has a good bowling line up, but to win the final needs batsmen that they can relay on, in other words consistent.

Srilanka right now, with all there players in form and mendis being in the side is lethel.Earning few of the best bowling line up with both spin and fast, solid bating line and most impotant a great good fielders( cause catches win matches), having said all that,the real issue  with them has been injury & lady luck.

  England they are a mediocre team, yes kevin peterson and the rest could, be deadly in a good day but again need to find consistent players, who can win matches.

Aussies look beatable after, the retirement of macgrath and gilly, but could win the title, also having an home advantage.

Nz and Sa both teams could create some major upsets but, winning the final iam not so sure, but might be possible .

Again I would love to watch an India Vs Pakistan final, following my heart, all teams iam sure will play hard and we will see some exciting matches.now to answer your q, in a nutshell, the team that plays hard,unified,better  adaptable and the most important factor lady luck.Now if someone were to point a  gun and ask me, say one team,,answer:-Srilanka,  Good luck to all!!Hope to see some exciting games;-)!!!
