Whom do you give money to charity?

I donate to the Salvation Army when I see the red kettles. 10 points for the best answer.

I donate to the local Humane Society, a no kill shelter near our vacation home, Ronald McDonald House, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Lung Assoc, and March of Dimes. sometimes  Cancer.  All  of these are close to my heart, and I may not give much, but as much as I can in time and money.

Because I Love it, and it makes me happy. Starting in January, I buy 3 toys a week for a whole year, and save them in my closet so that in December I have over 200 toys to donate to Toys For Tots. I also donate monthly to the Demelza House Children's Hospice in England, TeddyCare, and Homeless Shelters. I wouldn't change it for the world.

Really too many to mention... b/c we've given to so many but, these are the ones we give to on a regular basis.

I'm growing my hair out long for Locks for Love it's an organization that takes healthy donated hair and makes wigs for terminally ill children. I have enough 10" but, I need it longer to have enough hair to offer them plus a little extra for my hair cut that I want. so, maybe in a couple of months I'll be ready to have a new do! lol It's almost waist long. I'll be happy to give them my hair and get a new style at the same time cool beans! have a nice day and give what you can... take care.

I won't give to the Salvation Army.  They discriminate and they use some of the money on political activism I don't agree with.
