Immigration laws are quite complex.  If they have student visas but not work permits, they are allowed to hold certain jobs with the consent of the university.  Unless you know the details of all this, keep your mouth shut.

why should you keep your mouth shut?if they do this while studying they will never leave the country.call immigration.while it is true they can hold certain jobs-after "x" amount of hours studying-other than that they know working is illegal and are subject to deportation.
