  1. You can see the "customer care "  in the home page of IRCTC.ORG.   enter your problem there.. Normall issue seen is that the amount will be deducted from your account and the system will hang.  you wont get ticket. in such case, get payment details from back account, send it to them through the mail..  definitely your amount will be refunded within three days.. i have got whenever i had issues.  other problems also they solve ..  some thing which we  will never expect from a govt organisation..


  2. just call the delhi number provided on the website. tell them the problem, they will verify the status of the ticket if its booked or not. if you have paid the amount by net banking and still the ticket wasnt booked you would get the money credited to your bank account in 2-3days. but better once check out with them. if you want the nos, they are:
