  1. You contact LOCAL businesses. You have a document that outlines who is organizing this event, who will benefit from this event, how money will be handled, how you will ensure that all proceeds go to the organization or person for whom you are organizing this event, and that notes explicitly if anyone is being paid for services in relation to this event, and when you meet with the owner of the local business, you provide this document to him or her. You also note how much money YOU yourself will be donating, and how much other organizers will be donating (time is nice, but they will want to see if you, too, will be donating funds, as you are asking them to do).

  2. Contact the corporates and business establishment. If you are genuine and have a good track record, they will give you the sponsors.

  3. Charitable organisation registration requirements may vary from one state to another. The following might provide you an overview of the terminology and the general things you must become familiar before launching into this promising venture.

  4. Talk and explain to rich people around you in your city, about your unselfish heartily show for human welfare. If you are a genuine, fortune will be in your favour. I wish, "Paramaatmaa (God)  help you".
