I think the new team stays for at least another year, but we see more character development.  It's going to be years before the Huntington's affects #13 physically, but it might make for some reckless personal choices - maybe an affair with Taub, who's known for bad behavior with colleagues?

I'd hate to see Robert Sean Leonard leave for good - I've liked him since Dead Poets - brilliant actor.  I can see House trying to be on his best behavior for a while, trying to make it up to Wilson.  But Wilson is going to have a hard time being around House - just the sight of him will remind Wilson of his loss, even though Amber's death really wasn't House's fault - just a horrible chain of tragic events.
