i have been doing so well i have steadily been losing1-2Ibs a week and my bmi is now 23 but tonight my boyfriend got me a takeaway and i way overate i had a 1/4 cheese burger, cheesy chips and onion rings now i feel sick and guilty lol i have a home gym do you think a good workout will help me out yuck i hate eating this much i know slap on the wrist
