  1. Jerry Rice (Not bashin moss cuz he is a GREAT player future HOF)

The reason being is in 14 games Jerry Rice did what it took Randy Moss to do in 16.  I know this has been an excuse for Dolphins fans and Jerry Rice all year but Jerry got the 22 with help from a Back-up.  If you remember Steve Young got injured and only threw him those 19 in 12 and the back-up actually got him his last 3 TDs.  Also he set the record for most recieving yards in one season...Randy Moss is great but not as good as Jerry Rice.

  2. jerry rice

  3. Jerry Rice is my choice.

Randy Moss is the best I've ever seen at running and catching deep passes.  Besides that, I'd put Rice even with or slightly ahead of Moss in any other receiver-related category.

Moss's TD record last season was very impressive, but he broke a record that Rice set in a strike-shortened season.  If Rice had played 16 games in the season he set the record, Moss most likely wouldn't have touched that record last season.

Rice was also as good (or better) in the playoffs than he was in the regular season.  Moss wasn't great in the playoffs like he was in the regular season last year.

  4. Hard one

    + Randy

He has more natural born skills

    The TD record

    +Rice

    Randy Moss's ego

The Fact that Moss has played bad seasons

Jerry Rice has played no bad season

    and the winner are

    Talking skills Randy Moss

    Talking plays Jerry Rice

But what does it help to be the player with the best skills if you don't use them

    Overall winner Jerry Rice

  5. Are you seriously asking the most ovbious question ever to be asked in this category since one dude put does Brett Favre play for the Jets. Jerry Rice all the way.

  6. Randy Moss... Of course he also has Tom Brady... I hate both.

  7. Randy Moss even though I hate him just the way he seems to always be the best player on the field astonishes me. I've Brady throw to him in triple coverage and him catch it and not 'cause the throw was amazing but 'cause the catch was. I've also seen Brady lob it up and Moss out jump a Safety and catch it over him while they were standing still, that could of been an easy INT if it wasn't for Moss. Also look at Culpepper with Moss and compare him to Culpepper without Moss. Even Brady look at him without Moss, 28TDs in a season was his best, now with Moss 50TDs. Montana was a great QB and Rice a great WR, Brady isn't as good as Montana was but Moss is better than Rice was, and let's remember Moss is like 31 and in his prime.

  8. i would say Jerry Rice because he was a good all around receiver unlike moss he had an amazing carrer and moss still has a while to go before he has a full career so curently i would go with Rice

  9. ~ Jerry Rice, no question about it.  There are so many reasons why, but his football career speaks for itself!

    Amazing!

  10. are you serious??? Jerry Rice, no question. He overall was a better receiver, Moss is afraid to go over the middle, he runs posts and go routes and that is pretty much it, he's 6'4 and crazy fast. Rice ran every route, caught everything and you could never stop him, you'd hit him and he'd come back and hit the DB and then cut deep and get a TD. Rice is the best receiver of all time, in all facets of the game

  11. Jerry Rice all the way.

The only thing that Moss has over Jerry is the TDs in one season, but even then Rice had the record and played less games that season and Moss still only beat him by one TD.

Plus Rice played most of his career when passing wasn't as big as it is now. Plus the rules were way different back then to. The DBs could have a lot more contact than what they do now days.

That is why I say Jerry Rice.

  12. hmmmm.....who is better??   the best wide receiver ever

    or Randy Moss

I'm going to go with the best wide receiver ever....Jerry Rice

this is exactly the kind of question I'd expect from somebody who asked:

    Troy Aikman (Cowboys)

    or

    Joe Montana (49ers)

AND answers questions with "Go 49ers!"

just to get two points and spam his opinion

  13. I would have to say Jerry Rice. You have to look at the big picture. "Career"  is the word.

  14. mr.rice by a longshot

       faster

       super bowl mvp

      better dancer
