The woman did not cause his death.. THe guy caused his own death.. Why? Well cos the guy should have known that to use a phone whilst drivin is dangerous.. So he should have called back at a safe time.. But due to the fact he answered that phone whilst drivin implys ingorence of such dangers and therefore his own stupidity killed him.. SImple as Ya drivin u don't answer.. U wait.. That thinkin would have saved his life had he used his brain..

the guy is wrong because he answered while driving.  the woman could not be sure if the guy was in fact driving or not.  he could have been at a rest stop, or grabbing some dinner at a diner.  the guy knew he was driving and it is dangerous to use a phone while driving

Driving requires 100% of your attention.  The man shouldn't have been talking on the phone or doing other things while driving.
