Me! Randy Orton should definitely be World Heavyweight Champion when he returns. I like CM Punk too though.

They announced that Orton was just in a motorcycle accident, so he will be out for some time.

I don't know this for sure but i have a feeling the whole motorcycle accident thing was just a story so know one expects him to be there at summerslam.  Because since when does wwe.com put stories about the wrestlers outside lives, like when one of them gets hurt when it is completely unrelated to wrestling.  Also there was no report of any accident in that area on the night of Randy's apparent accident.  But i guess we will find out at summerslam.  And i do hope this is true that it is just a story because i really hate to see Randy hurt and out of action for an even longer time.
