Walcott's electrifying, but Adu has better football intelligence and is better at holding the ball and turning and unleashing a quick shot.

Jury's still out. For Walcott we'll now after this season. Adu might need a couple more in Europe.

At the moment Theo Walcott, who as I'm sure you know plays for Arsenal, and Freddy Adu couldn't get first team at Benfica. Don't get me wrong, Adu is very, very talented but I don't think he is of the same standard as Walcott just yet.

Of course, they have completely different playing styles as well.

Theo walcott is much better....adu doesnt have the football knowledge yet....walcott, while playing on the wing for arsenal has a much better serve and his speed is amazing...Im a huge arsenal fan and US soccer fan.....

Theo is by far the better player and will prove it this season adu still has to show it in europe and if he was that good then he would have went to one of the top teams in one of the top leagues their scouts at the top clubs looked but said no and they know better than us.

Walcott. He is best used as a super sub to beat tired defenders. He is in the world cup squad before.
