Whos at fault here the deer?

Question

Say the guy behind you has like 50 feet and you just blinkerd into his lane. A deer runs across the road you stop for the deer he rear ends you head on.

He was angry yelloing at me the whitness the police trying to have me arrested all sue oyu this and that. He didnt see a deer the whitness did and he said I cut him off yet there was enough feet for him to stop and he didnt stop in time for the deer and I did.

He sailed into the back of me instead of even braking or going into right or left lane to avoid my sudden stop with deer 7 feet in front of my car after I stoped.

There is nobody on this road cause its 8 of clock expect someone very far back behind him. He didn't try to get out of the lane into the right or left lane to avoid hitting me.

Ah the old "deer" story.  Me think you cut him off, as normally the guy who hits you from the rear is at fault. Since witnessess are on his site, me thinks you is at fault.

Oooopps!   Yer fault!  The law/rule is maintain a safe distance when passing.  This will also come under the heading of 'failure to clear the rear.  In other words, you cut in too quickly which in-turn caused the accident.

it is the guy behind you fault! the law states that every driver has to keep his car under control at all times, so the guy that rear ended you is at fault. at least that,s the law here in pa.

The person you rear ends another is almost always at fault.  The insurance companies however will determine who is at fault here

A rear-end vehicle accident is pretty much always the fault of the person who hit the other person!  He was just mad because he wasn't paying attention.
