  1. We went to salou this summer in the very buissiest time - we found it to hectic and NO WERE TO PARK - we drove up and down the main street with all them turnabouts and statues and bridges and it was a nightmare - we ended up at a shoping mall and went back to Torre del sol afterwoods to relax -wow not a fun place with small children! and to hot by the way!

  2. I went to Salou about 15 years ago, for 2 or 3 years on the trot, I was a teenager then, and I loved it, they had some wicked clubs, even back then, hotels were nice, and street carnivals were good.  Really nice place.

    Glad you enjoyed it.

  3. went a couple of years ago and it rained all the time but it was still good

  4. If you are young and like the clubs, it's for you. Fantastic theme park close by for your kids. If you are older and want a quiet holiday, avoid it. It's very much Kiss Me Quick with knotted handkerchiefs, Southend/Clacton style. Go further down to Torrevieja. Recently upgraded front and you can choose your type of holiday (quiet or lively) within 10 miles  either way.

  5. Went there a few years ago. I remember Bye Byes was quite good.

  6. me

  7. i went to salou over the summer. the weather was scorchingly hot but the beer was deliciously cold.ther is a great selection of pubs and clubs to visit but the beach is always very crowded. there is an excellent bus service to all local attractions and markets and there are also lots of booths where you can book up for organised day trips to barcelona or port a ventura. the water is crystal clear even close to shore and is grteat bfor scuba diving or snorkeling when you can drag yourself out of the pub .

  8. might be going there next year .//////////////////

  9. what the heck ?

  10. I thought it was great, especially Port Aventura. I was only ten at the time so the only club I went to was the Kiddies Club...

  11. I went there in August, and I'm still missing it terribly. I went to Pacha in La Pineda, but it was really c**p, then I went to Kiss with my sister in Salou, and that was WAY better, they played proper music, not that cheesy Spanish stuff. No offence.

Wht hotel did you stay in? I stayed at the Negresco Princess.

  12. i thought it was veryy nice and i went to the bingo club and the golf club and bridge club and bicycle club and the watersport club
