Whos better, john howard or kevin rudd?

It would have to be Kevin Rudd. Right now his government might be a little slow but it will get better with time and he is not only focusing on the environment (something that John Howard never did) he doing the best he can to try and convince other countries to do something about greenhouse gas emissions in their part of the world so that the planet can live longer. He is also trying to lower the price of petrol, tax and interest rates. It isn't easy to do those things straight away.

I prefer Kevin Rudd. John Howard started off well but I think he started getting cocky and so making bad decisions, or not following through with things.
