No doubt about it. Seb will win by at least 2.

bjw1963....He may have had more rides, just goes to prove he works hard and takes all the mounts offered. Spencer is affiliated to better class owners and hence horses. I would suspect that if it was still decided on prize money as in the past he would have won long ago.

The saying "you can't make a silk purse out of a sows ear" is very true in all sports. Just think of Formula 1 car racing, Lewis Hamilton Nearly won world championship in first year - only because he was driving for the racing team that is currently technically in front at the moment!

sanders had 175 more mounts than spencer.....

so i know that spencer is a better rider.....but they have

made it a good race.....next year spencer in a romp!!!!

I know it's going to be be a close one but give Seb an evens chance.At this stage it's a pity they can't tie for it as this is the most competitive it's been for years.

I am in two minds:  I think Seb should win as I believe he is the better jockey - look at how many riding bans Jamie has served this year, almost 50 days!

On the other hand Ladbrookes have already said that if Jamie wins they'll have to pay out millions - anything that hits the bookies is great in my opinion!

Neither of them will push for the Championship next year: they are both probably losing money with all the flights they are having to pay for to get to two meetings a day, and there is no financial reward for being Champ.  Perhaps it is time one of the bookies put up a bonus of £100,000 or something for the Champ each year.

someone asked this question  not  so  llong ago and then i said jamie and i stand by my word so i stick with him its just the stuff what ive read in the racingpost maybe they are a bit biast or maybe iam a fool for believing what the papers say but i think you will find that jamie just nicks it .
