Whos more clever horse or dog and whos more affectionate ?

I have seen some very very smart horses, and I have seen some that a brick is smarter than. And the same goes for dogs. One of my Aussie's is the most affectionate dogs that you would ever want to find, and the other is grumpy and doesn't like being messed with. They where raised together at the same time. I think it all depends on the animal.

they have about the same ammount of smartness but horses are wayyy more affectionate.
