Whos run defense is better the browns or falcons?

Im trying to decide who to play in my fantasy team cowboy rookie felix jones or tatum bell.bells playing detroit and jones is playing the falcons

Based on their performance last year, they were almost identical. The Falcons (26th rush D) gave up 39 yds less over the entire season, but allowed 4 more rushing TDs than the Browns (27th). A bigger question is why you're playing either of these guys both of them are no better than a #3 RB right now..

You need to evaluate how Bell performs during the preseason. If Smith wins the starting job in Detroit, then Bell doesn't have so much value. The blocking scheme that the Lions are introducing is one that Bell had success with in Denver though.
