Who do i call? the police? its a house alarm or a very loud and good car alarm, its driving the whole village mad

I think calling the police might be a good idea.  Hmmmm, could someone's house be broken into....like 45 minutes ago???  Call the police!  Someone may be in trouble!

Over in Britain if a car alarm goes off for more than 5 minutes all you have to do is phone the cops and tell them the make and reg of the car and that you seen 2 men of Arabic extraction acting suspiciously in the area and you think although not sure if they dumped the car or not.  The cops would be there in 5 seconds disable the jalopy and tow it away.  Tough **** to your neighbour!
