Whose better? Spiderman or Superman?

Question

So me and my friend totally can't decide on whose better, Spiderman or Superman?

Heres are reasons why each on is better:

Superman:

1. He was born with completely natural powers! && yes he has ACTUAL powers. Not just, "Oh look at me, I can do what a Spider does!"

2. He's like a Normal person, yet he has these hidden powers!

3. The only way he cam die is by Kryptonite! Soooo.......he's not gonna die by a little gun that Spiderman can die from!

4. He can do MUCH more than just shoot webs from his hands! (Okay! He's Cool)

5. Spiderman gave up being a Super Hero and saving everyone else just for ONE simple girl! Nice move Spiddeeyyy Man!

6. Superman is HOTT!

7. Spiders are lame.

Spiderman:

1.Spiderman can climb on walls.

2.Red looks good on him.

3.He is macho strong. [He Holds His Own Body Weight On His Webs.]

4.Superman may look strong, but he's nottt.

5.Yeah, Spider Man can get shot, he can heal.

6.He saves lives daily.

7.He Is Thee Bestt Super Hero Everrr.

[Yeah I Know My Reasons Are Freaking Lame, But Spider Man Is Theee Shizz.]

I'd have to go with Superman. While most other superheroes use their heroic alter-egos as a mask for their hum-drum normal lives, Supey does just the opposite... his mask is the overly ordinary Clark Kent. He wasn't bitten by a radioactive spider as part of some freak accident. He was BORN super ...

Superman. He's a godlike champion.

Spiderman is okay if you're getting mugged, or kidnapped by Dr. Octopus, but let's face it- Superman could probably defeat Galactus. Heck, he might have even been the DC Galactus if John and Martha Kent hadn't been such good parents.

anyway, I think Spider-man is a better character simply because he is more relevant.  He is a flawed human being and Marvel goes through great lengths to show it.

What is Superman's flaw?... that he is too much of a good guy?

Wow, you obviously dont know just how strong Superman really is. His strength comes from the Sun. Sure Spider-Man can hold his own puny 150 lb weight on a web and can lift a side of a 2 ton car but Superman can bench press 100 tons and not even sweat. Not to mention he can run laps around Spider-Man, freeze him with his breath, turn him to ashes with his heat vision, or just clap his hands hard enough to cause enough of trembling force that could blow up Spidey to pieces smaller than dust.
