I checked on a reverse look up website http://phonenumbers.addresses.com/result...

This website says it's a residential landline number in La Fayette, GA but no names are listed as a free service.  I then went to https://www.intelius.com/purchase.php and this website says that the person it's registered too is available, but you have to order the info.
