Whose right? I am really stressing out right now?

My neighbors came over and they were all in the garage. I was just sitting on the deck with my feet in the pool (5ft) and my 4 year old neighbor came over and sat next to me with her feet in. She asked if we could have a water fight and i said no because she didn't have a bathing suit on. She wasn't very happy so she leaned over to splash me and fell in! I quickly grabbed her out before she drowned and she asked if i would go get her father! So I ran for my life over to the garage and he just sat there laughing!!! My dad went running out and started screaming at me!! He said that I was watching her!! HOW IS THIS MY FAULT??? I was on my OWN property minding my OWN business!! How did he turn it around on me? It is her fathers fault for not even keeping an eye on her! HELP ME!!! Who's fault is this really?
