Before visiting a hypnotist, spending hundreds in the process, I would like to try a self-hypnosis. Does your recommended CD include a script?

  1. I have been using audio hypnotherapy for anxiety and relaxation.  I have found the audios to be extremely helpful and well written by some of the best hypnotherapists in the industry.  Before I purchased, I made sure each website that I checked out had an extensive bio on the therapist, were they licensed, how long in practice, etc.

Now the great part is that you can do this in the privacy of your own home, the savings is incredible, you have more time to choose what you want to do, because you are not driving to the therapist's office, and you save on gasoline.

  2. Perhaps you can try learning hypnosis from well-known hypnosis practitioners.

  3. free hypnosis downloads offers a few different programs free.

You could also get the book called Self-Hypnosis for a Better Life by William Hewitt if you wanted to record your own scripts. Some libraries carry it
