Whose sexual orientation is likely to be questioned and why?

Person A: a intelligent, 20 year old unattractive virgin guy

Person B: a intelligent, 20 year old attractive virgin guy.

And why did you choose the one that you did. I have two friends that fit into this category one is very attractive, 20 single and is still a virgin. the other one is the same except he isn't that attractive. Many people on the job continue to question whether the attractive one is straight, bi, or g*y, but no one questions the unattractive guy. Why is this?

Probably person B. An ugly person is less likely to be able to attractive a significant other. At the same time, people still question you if you are unattractive as well. I'm a 26 year old virgin and I'm unattractive yet people still ask me if I'm g*y because I can't get a girlfriend.

Perhaps it's because the unattractive guy is as you say unattractive. Maybe he lacks in self-confidence due to this and doesn't get himself in the game. Of course that is just a wild-guess as I have no clue on his personality. People will tend to believe this to be true of the unattractive people, and that due to their looks its harder for them.

The attractive guy is more likely to be questioned because he's attractive and to others knowledge and preconceptions could easily score. Of course looks only get you so far, you'll need more than that in most cases. Regardless if he in their minds was capable of going into a bar and pulling the next girl he saw then why has he not done so yet. The obvious questions that pop into people's heads are as you said "Is this guy straight or g*y?".

In order to question a person sexual orientation ( as you so put it ) you have to know the person's personality,morals,and also a little bit of history of the person.

You can't just go off looks ( even though so many of us do ) and say that guy should be sexually active because men love having s*x and with are eyes we don't see anything stopping him so we just think the guy is g*y.

WRONG. He could be waiting for the right one ( There are men that still do that ).

And on the other hand with the unattractive guy you can't just look at him and see his unattractiveness and say i see why he's a virgin just not right he could be waiting for the right one to come along also.

the attractive one because most attractive men dress nicley and must be questioned whether they are g*y due to the fact g*y people dress nice and care for their looks more than straight men.

The West lives in a commercial , sexual/physical and flashy society ... I have never heard ( nor hear until this day ) an attractive man or woman being labeled as homosexual ( or questioned for that matter ) in Africa , Asia , Eastern Europe , Russia and South America ... I'm telling you that this only exists in the USA ( and Canada , etc ) ... whenever I'm back home I never and I mean I never hear this ... I saw a really attractive light haired man and he was always questioned for his sexuality in the USA but when he went to Africa with me there was silence ... no assumptions made ... no stereotypes ... there was a veiled lifted ... the atmosphere changed ... everybody saw and sees him as a heterosexual and he is one ... you don't believe me ? Travel and see it with your own eyes ... Why ? The homosexual community is known for it's obsession of the body/physical and promiscuity/immorality

Society says the attractive guy should be getting laid

and the ugly one is stilla virgin because as you said..he is ugly
