how do i smoke, say chick. wings in smoker?is the old stand up tube shape brinkmann.neighbor uses Australian pine. wheww smells like fresh cookin Bacon in morning but where can i buy.(he wont give up his).good site for smokin meat helpful. tks

When using a smoker you should use any kind of hardwood as the fuel.  You want to cook at about 225 degrees for a few hours depending on the cut of meat.  Most smokers have a water pan you fill to help regulate the temperature and keep the meat moist.  The following site has some helpful information.
