I personally would, I have GH3 and it is great fun for a long time.

But if you use your camera alot then Just save up money and have both.

You could probably buy guitar hero III on ebay for much cheaper.  Depends on how nice the camera is.  If it's an expensive camera, with a good resolution, then no.  You can buy a new guitar hero pack (game and guitar) for 70 bucks at EB games.  I'm sure a used one will be much cheaper.
