Whouls an Iq test help you get a job?

Is your boss subject to looking up your Iq test record? I haven't graduated from college,but scored well on my IQ test. Will this be able to help me at work would my boss, superviser, or co- workers have any knwledge of this?

Your IQ scores are confidential. Your boss or anyone else cannot get them unless you sign a release form to send to whoever administered the test to you. I have never heard of IQ scores, even high ones, being used for employment.
