I don't know about an actual store in the Philippines, but if you're looking to buy online you get can the whole series (volumes 1-17) for pretty cheap at the following link and they ship internationally.

yeah another Filipino fan!!!! I'll recommend some bookstore (but i think the manga is still not complete)

National Bookstore (i think in every branch of national bookstore they sell manga)

Planet Comix in Trinoma,

Fully book (i think every branch also)

but i definitely I recommend Power Books!!!
