Question:

Whre to complain if BSNL is not giving the land line connection even 3 weeks after booking?

I have booked for BSNL Land line on 16/6/08 (today is 7/7/08). So far they did not give me the connection. Every time I visit their office, they say we will do it very soon, but not doing it. Can anybody tell me if there is an escalation or complaint facility to get this connection quickly.

  1. Complain to their higher authorities like engineers divisional or area officers.


  2. call to their area general manager give your booking date and booking reference no.

    DE and SDEs are not meant for this type of jobs

    or mail your complaint to  public grievance or appellate authority through their website ie www.bsnl.in and take their assistance

  3. Call 1500 from any Landline and call you can complain them call them two to three times in a day so that they would respond, it happened for me too...
