  1. When marijuana was growing wild all over America, the govt. decided to tax it and issued stamps. But they made it illegal to grow pot, so it would by defaut be illegal to purchase stamps to buy pot, grow or possess it. Cute trick, huh?


  2. You need a tax stamp to produce it, and the Gov't didn't issue any stamps.
