Wht could go wrong with the food at mcdonalds?

I mean, when someone orders their food, and they start eating, wht could be wrong with the burger ?

As long as you only eat it once a month or less you will be fine.

What couldn't go wrong?  There are so many things...temp of meat, raw or doneness of meat...did someone tamper with it?  is the bread moldy or hard?  are there any foreign objects in the burger?  Are all the ingredients fresh?  Did someone drop it on the floor, even for only 5 seconds then sell it anyway?  How many different cows did it take to make that one burger? Shall I go on...?

I would request freshly cooked meat.  Some employees including managers, are more concerned about the times in drive thru and how much product waste there is rather than care for the customer.  I have been witness to this and it pisses me off.  I mean someone can get food poisoning from food that has been setting too long!

Nothing wrong with their burger. Because here in the Philippines I didn't heard anything about Mcdonald's food. And I can say that their food is delicious.
