DO YOU THINK GRAFFITI IS A CRIME..I LIKE TO TAGG..MY ROOM IS ALL TAGGED UP..BUT I DONT THINK GRAFFITI IS A CRIME..AS LONG AS IT DOESNT HURT ANYBODY..I THINK GRAFFITI IS JUST A WAY PEOPLE TAKE OUT DER ANGER OR EXPRESS THEIR SELVES..

It's a crime if the article you are "decorating" is not yours.  It's called vandalism.  I see a lot of train cars with graffiti on them.  It's fine to do it on your property if you want to express yourself.  Also I think it's a bad idea to use words and pictures that might offend other people.  It may not be illegal but it's not very thoughtful.
