It depends on the snake, the quantity of poison, and the type of poison.  I am assuming you mean if you inject something that is poisonous to the snake into the snake, will it die.  Most likely, yes it will, just like anything else.

You could also be asking, by a huge stretch of wording, if snakes are immune to their own venom.  The answer to that is, in some species, yes.  Some Australian species shows immunity to venoms of a *similar type* to the one the snake possesses.  The thing about venom is though, that most venoms only kick in once in the blood stream.  Since snake's venom glands are not directly connected to the blood stream, the snake won't envenom it's self.
