In a call centre, u get the information about the product u deal with, such that u become capable of solving queries of customers. So, it depends on what the thing is , for ex in Hsbc they deal with foreign customers of hsbc, it means u assist them , help them to utilise services of the company in a better way. U do CUSTOMER CARE, after sale service, which is an important factor for customer satisfaction, it influences wheather the customer comes back to the company or not.
