Lifetime validity means that when you take a card with llifetime validity or avail it on your phone from your subscriber it basically gives you non stop incoming calls even when your outgoings are barred etc. or if you havent recharged or paid your bill.

In PRE-PAID mobiles  - after a lifetime recharge you just have to keep adding TOP UP cards and you get almost full value of your money.

In POST-PAID mobiles - after a lifetime validity you basically do not get any monthly rental and basically you just pay for the calls and messages etc. no rental for life.

The catch here is that the LIFETIME means till the time the LICENCE of that Service Provider is valid which is usually 10 -20 years depending on their contract with the Concerned organization.

eg. MTNL has their llicence valid till 2017.

Lifetime validity means if u ever rechange ur cell (no.) 4 a lifetime validity den u never hav 2 recharge it again 4 any validity means ur cell will work even if u dont hav any balance on it (only incomin not outgoin,outgoin requires balance).

Now wat is Talktime,talktime means much many minutes u will get after rechaging ur cell(not 4 validity recharge).Generally if u recharge ur cell for any amout say Rs 100 den u will get a talktime of 100 - 12.3=98(approx). This 12.3 is the service tax and on every recharge this 12.3% will b deducted from ur amount.

Sometimes companies provide full talktime means this 12.3% of service tax will not b deducted u will get a balance of Rs 100 on recharge of Rs 100.

life time validity is tht if you payed rs 500to recharge ur mob,and its validity is maybe 2 months and u didnt use it all up between 2 motnhs the balance from the money tht you payed will go.

talktime is when u payed 1000rs u wont get to talk  for the full amount some of it will go by tax and service charge and all>>>>>.

Lifetime validity is the facility which enables u to recieve incoming calls for lifetime even if u have zero balance without recharging.... Talktime is a virtual money in ur phone account which enables u to make calls & send sms to any other phone in world.
