Wht is pinch roll on digibeta tape ?

Question

I m editing some show it has 3 camera 1 master & 2 safety. One of the safety cameras is out sync some time it’s synced but again after 4-5 sec. it’s out sync. Somebody told me it’s a camera pinch roll?
