  1. Diet:

    DO NOT DIET! If you diet, you will lose important nutrients for your body, as well as making you feel faint. eat not too much, yet not too little. eat until until you are almost full, then drink a LITTLE water.

    Sit-ups:

    Sit-ups are okay if you are young, but not if you are old and fragile. what I am referring to when I say old and fragile is over 55. I do 10 sit-ups a day using a sofa or armchair. I put my feet in between the space between the sofa or armchair and the floor. If you do not have that kind of sofa or armchair, try a cupboard or something, anything! As long as it has that conditions, even your bed is possible.

    Push-ups:

    Sometimes, doing push-ups are difficult. but I try to when I can.

    Other Exercises:

    And no, I'm not talking about tedious exercises, I'm talking about stretching, etc. etc.

  3. 200 sit ups daily is what is recommended by menshealthzine

    50 regular crunches, 50 leg raises and 50 side to side oblique crunches(on each side)

    You can also do "bicycle" movements on your back. This is the most ultimate ab exercise ever!
